About Cindi

From personal tragedy to helping others thrive

A Journey of Post-Traumatic Growth

In 2021, my world changed forever with the devastating loss of one of my children. In the depths of that grief, I began searching for tools—anything that could help me cope with a pain I never imagined surviving.

What I found wasn't just survival. Through evidence-based resilience strategies and the support of community, I discovered something I now call post-traumatic growth—the ability not just to bounce back, but to bounce forward. To become stronger, more compassionate, and more purposeful than before.

Now, five years later, I've dedicated my life to sharing these tools with others. As a certified resilience trainer using the Bounce Back Project™ methodology, I facilitate workshops that teach practical strategies for navigating hard days—whether you're dealing with grief, stress, life transitions, or simply the weight of everyday challenges.

"Life doesn't have to stay hard. With the right tools and the right community, you can learn to thrive—not just survive."

What I Do

I teach the 5 Pillars of Resilience through workshops offered both locally in Tennessee and to communities around the world. My programs range from the 90-minute Unified Resilience Workshop for general audiences to the specialized GRIT training for veterans navigating life after military service.

Beyond individual workshops, I serve as Executive Director of Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful, where I apply these same resilience principles at a community level—bringing people together, building connection, and creating positive change through beautification, events, and environmental stewardship.

My Approach

I believe resilience isn't about being tough or pushing through alone. It's about having the right strategies, building genuine connections, and knowing that hard days don't have to define your whole life. Whether you're in Soddy-Daisy or joining from across the globe, I'm here to help you build your own Hard Days Toolkit.
